About: Dante is a free implementation of the proxy protocols SOCKS version 4 and SOCKS version 5 (RFC 1928). It can be used as a firewall between networks, controlling outgoing traffic. The package consists of two parts: a socks server and a proxy client that supports socks, and HTTP proxies. Commercial support is available. Changes: Experimental msproxy support, and all reported bugs fixed. This is a prerelease, please report success/failure/warnings if you try this version.
About: WebSubmit is a Web-based utility providing secure access to remote applications on a collection of heterogeneous computing resources. Its goal is to make it easy to use computing resources over the Web, without requiring knowledge of the specifics of unfamiliar operating systems and dynamic application environments. Changes: Initial public release.
About: Grip is a CD player and CD ripper/MP3-encoder for the GNOME desktop. It has the ripping capabilities of cdparanoia built in, but can also use external rippers (such as cdda2wav). It also provides an automated frontend for MP3 encoders (presets for lame, bladeenc, l3enc, xingmp3enc, mp3encode, and gogo), letting you take a disc and transform it easily straight into MP3s. The Ogg Vorbis format is also supported. Internet disc lookups are supported for retrieving track information from disc database servers. Grip works with DigitalDJ to provide a unified, "computerized" version of your music collection. Changes: GUI improvements, support for the 'http_proxy' environment variable, and restructuring to allow a cd-player-only version (GCD) to be compiled.
About: Xosview is a program which displays many system related statistics, such as CPU, memory, swap, and network usage, interrupt and serial activity, and load average in an X window. Changes: Optimized scrolling graph to use XCopyArea, fixes to linux diskmeter, fixed all linux code which parsed /proc/stat with a too small buffer.
About: Minimalist is a mailing list manager. It is small, fast, and easy to setup and maintain. It supports per-user settings, a write-only subscription option, multiple languages, a workaround for MIME-encoded messages, several levels of security, archiving, blacklisting, and more. It can be configured on a per-list basis as well as globally. Changes: Added two new directives 'reply-to list' (requested by Daniel J. Cody) and 'modify subject'. Also minor documentation changes.
About: Sympa is a scalable and highly customizable mailing list software. It can cope with big lists (780,000 subscribers), and it comes with a complete Web interface for both the user and the administrator. It is internationalized. Sites can customize Web and mail templates, authentication backends, and authorization scenarios. Dynamic mailing lists can use multiple backends (LDAP, SQL, files, lists, or others). About: Crystal Space is a free and portable 3D engine written in C++. It supports a large number of 3D features.
Changes: Various new ports have been added, as well as many new features
like curved surfaces, volumetric fog, and halos.
About: Terraform allows you to create fractal terrain (also called a height field) and transform it using a number of algorithms. It is meant to be a tool for those who want to generate digital terrain models for use in raytracing or other simulations. Terraform features different views and colormaps and has a preview mode which features interactive real-time rotation of the terrain object. Terraform is written for the GNOME desktop environment.
Changes: Support for Gtk-- 0.99.0 as well as small fixes and improvements.

RT is used by systems administrators, customer support staffs, NOCs, developers, and even marketing departments to track issues, outages, bugs, requests, and all kinds of other things at thousands of sites around the world.
Changes: Version .99.4 includes a whole slew of bugfixes and usability
enhancements. It is a suggested upgrade.

About: Qvwm is a Windows 95 like window manager for the X Window System. It allows Windows 95/NT users to use the X Window System without a hassle and X Window System users to use Windows 95 without a hassle.
Changes: Support for sound effects, made qvwm GNOME compliant, support for some MWM hints and changed the directory organization.
About: Maildrop is a powerful email filter/delivery agent. It supports mbox-style mailboxes and maildirs (a mail storage format used by Qmail). Its mail filtering language supports RFC822 parsing and GDBM/Berkeley DB database files. The maildrop package also includes a command-line tool to perform various operations on MIME messages.
Changes: Minor bug fixes and added additional requested options to
configure.
About: Tkchooser is a Tk-based front end to Appletalk and SMB networks. It sits on top of Netatalk and Samba, providing a Macintosh chooser-like GUI to the command line tools. Tkchooser is designed around a modular architecture which allows extension by plugins. Also included is a GUI to GNU enscript as a plugin or standalone program. Tkchooser lets you mount shared volumes, print to network printers, and other fun stuff.
Changes: Version 0.58 is tkchooser's first update in nearly a year. The
workgroup browsing bug should be fixed and static master server
support has been added. The smb module is written to samba
1.9.18 and any feedback regarding compatibility with 2.0+ would
be greatly appreciated. This version also includes the updated GNU
enscript patch for the included Enscriptconfig front-end.
About: Samba is an software suite that provides seamless file and print services to SMB/CIFS clients. It is freely available, unlike other SMB/CIFS implementations, and allows for interoperability between Linux/Unix servers and Windows-based clients.
Changes: Many fixes from 2.0.2, few improvements and additions. Mainly,
just a bunch of bug fixes. See the changelog within the tarball for
further details.
