It uses the GTK+ toolkit, and the two-pane concept, somewhat inspired by DOpus. gentoo strives to be very configurable, and also to let you do all configuration from a GUI within the program itself. Using advanced file typing and styling systems, gentoo determines how to display files in its listings, and also how to act on them. The package includes a set of over 120 unique handcrafted icons, for many different types of files. Changes: Added a neat ViewTextOrHex command, which looks at the first few bytes of a file and then does the right thing, real neat; almost sort of rewrote the command definition quote handler, it's way better now; generally enhanced some menu brace-codes and the resulting dialog layout; fixed the some bugs; and so on.

About: These graphical tools will help with the customization of the templates for HTML PLAIN. Some dotfiles with a similar structure can also be edited after making some small adjustments to the programs (i. e. to the input and output filter). Of course editing the files directly in ASCII mode is also possible, but most users want a nice looking tool, so here it is. Changes: This is a beta release. The goal is to find out whether the user interface is intuitive enough.
