[»] Anyone who uses Frontdesk?
by murdoc - Sep 29th 2000 04:39:19

I'm looking for a email-based bug-tracking/trouble-ticket-system.
It shoud work like:
-the customer sends an email containing the problem he has
-the TT sends the email to the right people, who might answer it,
and the TT will recognnize the reply as the one it is and leads it to the right adress, same with any further reply of customer/staff...
-the admin should be able to see, which problems exist and who of his staff is working on 'em.
Has anyone xperience with frontdesk or a better one which would fit into my requierments?
