Changes: The pointer highlighting parameters were made configurable. A new theme was added, called "5balls-Big" (from the 5ball game).

Changes: The graphics behavior was polished and fixed. for example, cell movement now works while a ball is moving or being destroyed. The code was migrated to GtkUIManager. Scores are now saved in the UTF-8 encoding, but old scores will not be lost. A workaround was made for a GTK+ bug in the window resizing code.
