STonX

StonX is an Atari ST emulator for X. It support many Atari apps, and runs very fast even on low-end machines (sub P75). It currently runs the standard Atari screen modes as well as expanded full screen. It is very portable and has successfully been used on Alpha workstations, Silicon Graphics workstations, HP PA-RISC systems, RS/6000 with AIX, proprietary systems by Siemens, PCs with FreeBSD, Suns with Solaris and SunOS, and others.

Changes: This release mainly fixes compiling issues on non-x86 computers. If you already have a working STonX 0.6.7.4, you probably don't need this release. However, some other bugs have also been fixed, so it still might be worth it to have a look at this new version.

Changes: This release fixes issues with TOS1.0. It also adds the monitor functionality to help debugging. Audio should now work properly on *BSD systems (with linux audio emulation). Some possible buffer overflows have been fixed. There are some fixes to the X driver for high colour. This release can load TOS 1.x and 2.x roms without being recompiled.
