Changes: This release adds enhanced extrude-by-normal, faster selection, an Ogre export plugin, TCE improvements, and general fixes.

Changes: Texture Coordinate Editor enhancements, Second Life avatar models, BAS relief and height-mapping, and custom axis rotation. Locked objects can now be shown in full 3D (or wireframe as before). DDS loading and PNG support were improved. A Milkshape exporter that uses the AC3D hierarchy to produce a skeleton was provided along with an ATI NMF exporter.

Changes: Problems with the Lightwave (LWO) import/export on Mac and Linux have been fixed. For Mac OS X users, because of a bug in OS X 10.4.8, there is an AC3D fix that bypasses system dialogs and replaces them with alternate popup windows. The Texture coordinate editor has a new rotation control for detailed angle input rotations of the selection.

Changes: Six new Boolean functions were added: subtract, intersect, union, cut-away, knife, and knife+cut-away. A Terragen .ter terrain importer was added. A Surface-Flatten function was added. Hierarchy drag and drop was added.

Changes: Fully integrated subdivision surfaces. Extruding along a path. Enhanced texture coordinate editor and hierarchy view.
