This project/issue management system is terrific!
After reviewing, evaluating, and studying dozens of other products in its class, I stumbled upon this gem. It has most all of the features desired in a tracking system that others don't, like hierarchal task/issue management, iteration management, release management, and timer functionality. In particular, I couldn’t find any other affordable issue management system which allows the management of project, stories, issues, and tasks in a hieratical fashion. The ability to use AgileTrack with different databases also makes it very versatile, since most others limit you to a particular database. Although I’m not particularly into the agile methodology, this system fits my needs perfectly. After reading many books on the agile methodology I’ve always wanted to use more of it’s ideas, however, and it looks like AgileTrack will allow me to start moving towards many of it’s practices. Nice work, and kudos’ to the author(s)!
