Changes: Publication edit problems when changing publication type were fixed. Install and migration scripts were created for easy setup and migration from older versions. Several UI inconsistencies were corrected.

Changes: This release fixes an xss vulnerability problem, a few problems with bibtex characters in new authors, and a bibtex citation ID problem in cross-referenced publications.

Changes: Notifications are now given when an attachment upload fails. The option to open an attachment in a new window was revived. The broken "add-to-topic" box was fixed. A linebreak problem with Konquerror imports was fixed. A problem with leading spaces on the year field at the RIS parser was fixed. The incorrect year method in publications using crossrefs was fixed.
