Changes: Two bugfixes were made. Documentaton in the phpDocumentor format is now available.

Changes: The cache now consists of a single class. This reduces global function namespace pollution and makes the cache more autoconsistent.

Changes: A bug in creating the storage file, a bug in config (missing braket), and the nasty bug in the "304 Not Modified" header have been fixed. Now the check is truly portable. Function comments have been added, and the code has been cleaned up.
