AnnotateIt!
AnnotateIt! is an open source electronic response system targeted at composition instructors and students. It allows a user to annotate HTML and provides facilities for group interaction. Annotations may be either hyperlinked or inline, depending on the user's preference. It also features reporting of meta information (annotation types and counts), predefined annotations, community annotations, conversion of documents to HTML for annotation, easy document management, and an assignments calendar.

Changes: This release improves the display of sites with cascading style sheets. There are minor template fixes. A new database table has been added.

Changes: Users not in the system can no longer log on with empty passwords. Feedback for users who fail to login correctly was added.

Changes: A typo that prevented users from defining custom annotations has been fixed.

Changes: Bugfixes with state maintenance, a new dependency on HTML::TokeParser::Simple, code cleanup, minor features having to do with overall evaluation of group members, and assignment weight within a group.
