arpdetect
arpdetect is a Perl script that detects when the network you're connected to changes. It does this by detecting changes in the MAC address of a host you specify (usually a router), and executing various commands. Actions can be re-run after a predetermined period.

Changes: This release adds an 'unknown' network status so you can perform actions when you go offline. A bug was fixed where HUPs would not be registered, and thus the configuration would not be re-read.
