Asterisk Assistants

Asterisk Assistants is a suite of Assistants ("Wizards" in Wintel lingo) which help new users get started with Asterisk on MacOS X. The Asterisk Assistants follow the format of Apple's Setup Assistants; they focus on simplicity rather than flexibility.

Changes: The "Start Over" button didn't work; it brought up an error dialog box. When running the assistant on a system without Asterisk installed, the assistant hung after committing. When configuring a SIP only phone, the Dial command's first argument incorrectly started with "&". The assistant didn't remove a temporary file (EXTnnnn-timestamp.conf) when it finished.
