Changes: This version corrects a licensing issue that was introduced in 1.007, along with fixing a few minor bugs.


Changes: This release featured improved VLAN support, new and improved P2P signatures in the Bandwidth Management and Firewall modules (with support for E-Donkey, Direct Connect, and Open FT), Auto Fallback functionality, Databurst functionality, a source MAC classifier that allows the locking of MAC addresses to IP addresses, an incoming/outgoing interface classifier, and a read mark classifier. There were also minor bugfixes.


Changes: Log archive functions have been streamlined: only 1 months of logs are kept in the archive. System Restore is limited to a specific version. This means that you will need to create a new backup after each update. When logs are cleared via the System Reset option, log archives are cleared. VPN tunnel functionality and a bug disconnecting VPN users have been fixed. Installation issues on newer hardware platforms have been fixed, and support has been added for newer motherboards.


Changes: Session management was renovated to prevent the periodic non-responding HTTP server. An HDD reporting issue in system info was fixed. System info also now displays multiple CPUs if they are present. The log archive functions were streamlined, and only 3 months of logs are kept in the archive. DSCP support and VPN tunnel support for NAT were added to the firewall manager. VPN tunnel functionality was added to the VPN manager. This update is available via auto-update.


Changes: A filter edit bug when editing TCP/UDP filters and a stat route bug when restoring the config have been fixed. This release adds an FW log archiving function, a search function in Top Throughput by IP report, email reports for IDS daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, multiple firewall log reports, an IDS log archiving function, an archive option in the IDS log search, AH and ESP protocols, and access restrictions for "monitor" user group. Users in this group will not be able to change the system configuration; only viewing stats is possible.
