A Simple TimeSheet (ASTS) allows a group of people to record the hours spent working on a variety of projects. For each project, the hours can be divided into a number of different tasks. There are global projects and tasks as well as personal projects and tasks for each user.

Changes: This is a bugfix release that includes a fix for a problem with commas in fields and case-insensitive sorting of reports.


Changes: Custom data fields can be defined. Project and task lists can now include separators. Bugs were fixed. The documentation was updated.


Changes: A new, more useful, format for .csv files has been implemented. A script to convert from old to new CSV file formats is included. A fix has been made for browser-specific responses to the Enter key on the login page. Date formats can now be customised and examples of various formats have been included in the code. Some common code has been extracted to separate functions.


Changes: Reports by user and by project have been added. The user can now switch weeks from the main timesheet page and also return directly to the login page. Common functions have been moved into a separate Perl module (ASTSCommon.pm). A browser icon has been added. The documentation has been updated.

Works fine, just what we were looking for! Simple it works and does not need a database!
In the future perhaps a module that you can cluster the total of hours per month per project (from all users?).
for the time being however great.
