Changes: This contribution contains a lot of supplemental support for multithreading, new multithreaded "TWIN" support, an OS independent file interface, generic crypto support with OpenSSL underneath, a preferences and logging system, a makexs tool for faster builds, and lots of other things. The file is huge because it contains lots of pre-built binaries.
