The Austria library provides a host of essential C++ tools including generic factories, smart pointers, logging, a unit testing framework, and a parameter/configuration system. It works with both Linux/GCC and Win32/MSVC++.

Changes: This contribution contains a lot of supplemental support for multithreading, new multithreaded "TWIN" support, an OS independent file interface, generic crypto support with OpenSSL underneath, a preferences and logging system, a makexs tool for faster builds, and lots of other things. The file is huge because it contains lots of pre-built binaries.


Changes: Added a platform independent thread class, lightweight atomic operations, a thread-safe reference-counted base class, a RAII lock template, and improved unit test output.
