About:
BADGER finance is a Web-based personal financial management application. By default it is installed locally as a single-user single-logon application, but can also be installed on a remote server. It features multiple accounts, multiple currencies, freely categorizable transactions, a graphical statistical analysis module that allows you to see how much you spend in various categories over a period of time, a graphical forecasting module (How much can I spend per day if I want to have saved 1000 € by the end of the year?), and an Ajax interface. It comes with an easy to use installer for Windows.

Although it's not stated anywhere PHP5 is required for this project.
