Changes: A user ticket form was added to the front page. The url() bug was fixed by directly referencing batts.cgi instead. Most importantly, ticket_print sports many new update functions: you can update the customer, assignee, status (mostly), category, and priority fields.

Changes: Batts has been separated into a library, and a new CGI client is in development that uses this.
