BB Webcam Viewer
BB (Big Brother) is a small and simple webcam and security camera viewer that, given the URL of an image and a refresh rate, will display the latest image on the desktop. Images can be displayed in a normal window, always-on-top, or below everything else.

Changes: Window position is now restored at startup even if windows were offscreen at quit. The doubled 'Help' menu on initial startup has been removed. The initial prefs screen no longer refuses to dismiss at startup. New Refresh All and Close All menu items have been added. URLs for the Report a Bug and Known Issues menu items have been updated.

Changes: Several bugs that could cause image refreshes to stop were fixed. An on-screen notification is now shown if updates are failing due to network problems. Fast user switching is now honored by pausing image refresh when someone else logs in. Window size and location are remembered more accurately and image updates resume more quickly after the computer wakes from sleep. The refresh rate is slowed after repeated failures to save bandwidth and to avoid hammering an overloaded Web server.
