Changes: Many small fixes, a new bookmarklet, and a new stylesheet.

Changes: This stable release features two new configuration options to hide ratings and to generate visit statistics only for admins. A bug where overriding duplicate checks wasn't working was fixed, as was a problem where some missing keywords were not being displayed in the refine search bar. There were also small template fixes.

Changes: This release adds more work towards the first non-beta release. A fix for a missing file and basic login/logout ability is included.
