Build it Fast

Build it Fast (BIF) is a PHP framework. It contains several classes that help you develop complex Web applications in a short amount of time. It brings the concept of the 'widget' to Web development. It features Cascade Skins, transparent session management, and an i18n subsystem.

When the semi-literate American developers learn to

spell their own language and perhaps then go on to

learn another easier language, making their own

code bi-lingual, they will have a justification

for asking busy literate non-English speaking

developers to translate their documentation.

It looks to me as if this project is very successful.

Maybe they are meeting a need in the Spanish-speaking

world and should concentrate on that and not worry

about those who already have plenty of English-documented solutions

to pick from.

Love to. I checked out the homepage today and didn't see anything about translated documentation. Could you post a link?

BIF's intention is to save you from programming those common things that all applications have, leaving you time to code your business functionality. That's the idea of a framework, not make magic and correct the bad programmer's code.

An effort to produce english documentation is being done now, maybe you should check it.
