Changes: A problem with missing the last domain from statistics log has been fixed. The Index branches have been disabled. They should be 'invisible' so they don't interfere with the table(s). All configurable options are in a config file. The missing help() function (referenced, but didn't exist) has been added.

Changes: Completely disables the output of the Index branches. They should be 'invisible' so they don't interfere with the table(s). The Cacti templates have been fixed to account for this. All (?) configurable options have been put into a config file. The MIBDIRS check to determine whether it is running from the shell or SNMPd was flawed. It only worked on Debian GNU/Linux. Instead, the OID is set to the correct/real value when going into the 'get input from STDIN' loop. This is a sure sign of running through the SNMP system. A missing help() function (referenced, but didn't exist) was added.
