Bioclipse

Bioclipse is a rich-client platform chemistry and biology workbench. It provides access to many open source bioinformatics and chemoinformatics toolkits and has plugins for the Chemistry Development Kit, JChemPaint, Jmol, and BioJava.

Changes: This release contains numerous bugfixes and the new plugin bc_rhino, which provides scripting abilities using the JavaScript scripting language.

Changes: This is the first stable release. It fixes reading of sequence resources from the EBI database, and does not open a 2D editor when the file does not have 2D coordinates. It also adds a lot of new documentation, and adds CSS for easier reading.

Changes: This release fixes a lot of bugs, and adds a few usability updates. Among others things, it fixes copy/paste and dragging of resources in the navigator, several save and save as issues, and adds an RSS perspective.

Changes: This release fixes all major problems, including with PDB reading, recovery from opening faulty files, scrollbar issues, and adds, amongst other things. It has a new OPML resource wizard, and shows surface actions for the Jmol view.
