buckwalter2unicode is a fairly simple Python script designed to convert Arabic text that is written using Buckwalter's transliteration system to a Unicode encoding (and vice-versa).

Changes: Features to `ignore lines' that begin with specified characters were added, which is useful for ensuring that comments are not transliterated. Support for transliterating by column range (if the text file has an appropriate structure) with the ability to specify field delimiters was also implemented. The information in the README was updated.
