Changes: This version fixes a problem with the installer, and some other issues with the last release.

Changes: Close to a dozen bugs were fixed. The TOS and FAQ were added to the language directory, which is where all the text files will be, so that people can easily translate the board to another language. There were also a number of miscellaneous text changes throughout the board.

Changes: The code was revamped, and SQL speed optimizations were made. PHP errors and warnings, such as undefined index and the like, were eliminated.

Changes: You are no longer required to set permissions before installing; you will be prompted to download the config file if there are any problems with writing the config. The installer now confirms the admin password and lets you set the admin email and the table prefix (for MySQL). The database calls have been optimized with a function, and error trapping has been added. End users will now be given a generic error if something goes wrong (this adds security). The content files no longer rely on keepsafe.php, (this also adds security, and it was producing errors on some hosts). Other small bugfixes and code optimizations have been added.
