Version 0.4 of Bandwidth Monitor NG
This release adds BSD and Mac OS X support, as well as many configure options and things like a configure script, config files, packet error hightlighting, and HTML output. Supported input methods are /proc/net/dev, netstat (BSD and Linux), getifaddrs, sysctl, and libstatgrab.

Changes: This release has BSD and libstatgrab (Linux, BSD, Solaris, and Cygwin) support, as well as nice output without curses and some bugfixes. Interface errors are now displayed in curses, HTML, and CVS.
