Changes: An option has been added that lists the description in all known encodings for a specified codepoint. This is useful when trying to identify the encoding of a piece of text. Six additional MS Windows codepages are now supported.

Changes: Command line options now permit the various components of the display to be suppressed. A new command line option writes out a chart of the chosen encoding. The value of the byte may now be shown in decimal. A new command line option specifies the byte offset at which to start. Ten additional encodings are supported. A new command line option lists the available encodings, which are no longer listed by the usage message.

Changes: Thirty additional encodings are now supported, including all ISO-8859 encodings, ISCII, TISCII, VISCII, TIS620, and several Microsoft codepages and Macintosh encodings.
