Caiviar is a programming interface for creating interactive voice response (IVR) applications using CAPI. It supports dialtones, barge in, text-to-speech, hold/retrieve, three party conference, and fax. It has interfaces in C++, Java, Perl, and Python.

Changes: Some bugs and memory leaks have been fixed. The Java interface has been reworked. The performance of connect() has been improved. Dialtones now also work after hold/retrieve.
