CalendarComponent is an innovative date picker with various features including I18N, the ability to toggle between ISO 8601 week of year and simple week of year, navigation by week of the year, quarter of the year, day of month, etc., a short cut to today, a short cut to the selected date, the ability to toggle between the day of the month and the day of the year, a leap year indicator, a quarter of the year indicator, the ability to dynamically change the first day of the week, null/no date selection, keyboard navigation, and an era indicator.
