Canadian Payroll
CdnPayroll calculates Canadian payroll taxes, CPP, EI, WCB, HP, etc. The command line version produces various outputs for stand-alone use or for use with another program. It includes a simple GUI for Linux written in Kaptain and a CGI version for Web use.

Changes: Changes due to 90th edition t4127-jul-09e, effective July 01, 2009. New Brunswick has significant changes. SK and NL have limit changes affecting LCP. There are no changes for anywhere else in the country.

Changes: Changes due to 89th edition t4127-04e.pdf effective April 01, 2009. The newest federal rates affect all of Canada.

Changes: Changes were made for the 88th edition of Payroll Deductions Formulas for Computer Programs for Canada (t4127-09e.pdf), which is effective January 01, 2009.

Changes: The K4P problem with the Yukon was fixed. There is no need to download this version if you don't need payroll calculations for the Yukon.

Changes: Changes were made due to 86th Edition t3127-jan-08e.pdf, effective Jan 01, 2008. The Yukon calcs disagree significantly with the Canada Revenue Agency on-line calculator, so the Yukon option should not be used until this is resolved. All other jurisdictions test correctly.
