Changes: This is a milestone release which focuses on documentation. Several bugfixes have been made, together with new additions to the clustering and dataset frameworks.


Changes: A new Cloning framework that provides more flexibility was implemented. Preparation for new functionality was done.

Changes: This release mainly consists of feature updates and minor bugfixes, including a speedup in performance of the Type system. It has initial code for the Multi-Objective Optimisation package (MOO), a Sequence Alignment package in BioInformatics, generalised operators for Entities, and a new ControlParameterStrategy.


Changes: This is a feature update release. The manner in which datasets are now handled is by far more descriptive and will scale better when more than one data set is used. Minor bug fixes have also been made. These fixes, however, should remain transparent to all users.
