Content management module for PHProjekt

This module let users manage content pages for PHProjekt. It uses a directory-based model and role-based security. Features include file upload capabilities, a comment system, a search facility, and simple statistics generation.

Changes: HTML code support, a WYSIWYG editor, new translations (German, Dutch, French, amd Catalan), better RDF/RSS support, improved support for extended charsets, a log of system events, a new administrative console, and many bugfixes.
