Changes: A switch has been added to turn ID3 reading on and off (this is to ensure that the layer does not blow up on bad or newer tags). Improvements to the GUI were made.

Changes: A fix for a bug where the player would stop playing an MP3 if it attempted to decode a bad frame in the MP3 file, and a new button to have it repeat a track.

Changes: A new control to turn the framecounter/slider on and off (to save on performance on slower machines), improvements to the randomness of random mode, and new tooltips to help new users out with the controls.
