Cohesion was developed primarily as a modelling tool. However, its pluggable framework provides a high-level, network-aware base for application development. It dynamically loads plugins based on configuration files or on demand through its own command line. Included plugins are a modelling tool, command line, user management tools, multi-lingual support, and more.
