Changes: The exception handling is finished, and all known bugs have been fixed. The man pages for usage and configuration are completed.

Changes: Man pages for the command line program, cm, are finished, as is a man page for all configuration files. Additional classes have been added to the cmlib library. There are many more unit tests, covering approximately 60% of the codebase.
