Cow Outputs Waves
Cow is something like a waveform editor in that it generates a wave file from one or more graphs for amplitude and frequency. A graphical user interface simplifies this process.

Changes: Cow compiles with gcc 3.2. Some minor bugs have been fixed.

Changes: Major enhancements happened since the last release. More tools, more command line options, documentation, examples, and man pages have been added. A program to play the sounds with a MIDI keyboard or appropriate program that produces MIDI commands is also part of the release.

Changes: This release adds the ability to choose a note instead of typing the hz-value of a frequency, more help, and the ability to create a graph which is then modulated with the frequency-waveform.
