Version 0.5 of Cuneiform for Linux
This release adds hOCR output and all sorts of general tweaks. It also compiles on Windows using MinGW.

Changes: This release adds new output formats, such as RTF. FreeBSD support is also folded in. Several crashing bugs have been fixed, especially on AMD-64.
