Changes: Some code improvements like a complete Stream class and Database classes (just PostgreSQL for now). There is also better documentation and a license change (from the GPL to the LGPL).

Changes: This version adds classes that work with streams, sockets, and time intervals. It also adds a simple method of composing and sending mail, and improves documentation.
