Deliver
Deliver is a program for reliable and flexible local mail delivery. It's a perfect adjunct to your mail transport agent of choice (such as Sendmail or qmail). You can use it to kill spam, drop messages from specific senders, add a [LISTNAME] prefix to the subjects of messages that are delivered through mailing lists, and lots more.

Changes: Be alert that versions of Deliver prior to 2.1.13 contain a bug which can be used to obtain superuser privileges. It is strongly recommended that all users of Deliver upgrade to version 2.1.13 or later to close this security hole. This release also contains a security fix which causes it to consider all characters before 0x20 or after 0x7f in an address as dangerous.
