About:
DHARMA is a system that provides robust and efficient mobile network connectivity for end users. It allows users to preserve TCP connections during unexpected network failure, changes of network attachment points or interfaces, or even device hibernation. The current implementation works on both Linux and Windows and supports most legacy applications.
