DOMBA
DOMBA stand for Dummy-Oriented Managing Bandwidth Application. It is a Web-based application for managing bandwidth / traffic shaping using CBQ-based traffic control from iproute2. It also produces graphics that represent the flow of traffic.

I have put this in a SuSE 9.0 and it just works fine.
I have only need to made a few configurations and to install super and, of course, configure it
I can not make it work in a old mandrake. It is very depended on its dependences (php, super, iproute2).
