dov4l
dov4l allows you to query the capabilities of a video4linux device. You can also set several parameters, like tuning frequency and such. It is a command-line program that is especially meant for setting up a video4linux-device before it is used with a webcam or a teletext-grabber.

Changes: A switch for setting the window size was added. A compilation problem on some distributions was fixed.

Changes: Support has been added for settings such as contrast, whiteness, hue, width, height, etc. The program compiles on kernel 2.6.x, and no longer fails if the device has no tuner.
