Distributed URL Classification Tool
DUCT is a distributed tool for sharing and classification of URLs and small files. It can be used to post files and URLs that will be stored locally, then distributed to clients connected through the minder web. It features an embedded MySQL database for data storage, and a small Web server for presentation and handling.

Changes: Stream encryption on connection between connected clients was added. The ability to connect directly between clients was added. A small bug that prevented URLs from transferring properly was fixed. The Web interface was updated to show both categories and tags for quick selection.
