EduKator is a KDE-based education program for learning about physics and mathematics in a way that it is fun. The program explains the theory being taught, and provides exercises for practicing the concepts. It includes programs for teaching the basic rules of optics, representing dubblerates graphically, teaching the basics of Archimedes' principles, and teaching about extrema problems (finding the minimum and maximum values of mathematical functions).

Recent releases


Changes: The Archimedes exercise was fixed. Russian, French, Spanish, and Dutch translations were added.


Changes: Improvements in the doublerates section. A Russian translation has been added (not yet finished). Support for Cyrillic characters has been added. The code itself has been translated to English (easier for developers). There is a new exercise in the Archimedes section. An icon and menu entry have been added.


Changes: Some spelling errors have been fixed in the English version. Some bugs have been fixed. The part about DoubleRates has been renewed. HTML files have been renamed in English (only important for developers).
