Eric3 is a Python IDE written using PyQt and QScintilla. It has integrated project management capabilities with class browsing functions, gives developers an unlimited number of editors with syntax highlighting and code folding, an integrated Python shell, an integrated Python debugger, a file system browser with class browsing capabilities for Python files, and more.

Changes: Bugs were fixed. Support for new QScintilla stuff was added (e.g. autocomplete from document and APIs). extended debugger to not set the encoding (configurable). Keyboard shortcuts for the shell were added to clear the shell and for all zoom actions. The eric3-configure tool was added to setup eric3 without the need to start the IDE.


Changes: This release adds bugfixes, introduces a configuration option for wrapping long lines in the editor, and removes the unused Mercurial support.
