About:
Exscribe is a blog, which requires a Web server with PHP support, and a PostgreSQL database. It differs from other blogs through its simple and powerful template system, which allows the site administrator to fully control its appearance without having to modify any code. It supports multiple blogs, multiple users, threaded comments, RSS, and a calendar.
