Changes: This is a bugfix and security release. There are no new features.


Changes: Several buffer overflows and NULL dereferences are now avoided in the CDF code, along with additional bounds and overflow checking.


Changes: Major changes are CDF file parsing, indirect magic, and overhaul in MIME and ASCII encoding handling. The file ~/.magic is now handled in addition to the default magic file, not instead of it. A non-zero exit code is now emitted on errors on any file, not just the last processed file. Magic definitions were improved and expanded.


No changes have been submitted for this release.


Changes: Warnings for non-supported math was added to magic handling. An experimental feature to adjust magic strength was added. Several ELF enhancements were made. Magic was updated.

The addresses I'm sending from are @xaoza.net and @nuix.com.au, but the ISPs are optusnet.com.au and iprimus.com.au (the former being probably the biggest ISP in the country,) respectively.

I'm getting the same error from multiple mail providers on my end, so how are the other messages getting through? In any case do you have a secondary email address?

I know Christos is supposed to be the maintainer and everything, but if his email bounces everything which is sent to it, how is he to be contacted?
