Changes: This release adds named anchor handling, blink-rests, URL shortcuts, command-line arguments, in-browser config setting, lazy parsing, support for small terminals, and a few other things. It also fixes some bugs.

Changes: Marks, modelled after vim's, were added; global marks are preserved between instances. Counts can now be given to commands. Arbitrarily long URLs can now be edited. Some crash-bugs were fixed.
