froi || fs-fast region of interest
froi (FS-FAST ROI) is a suite of Perl scripts and modules to provide easy slice, volume, and surface-based ROI analysis of functional MRI (fMRI) data analyzed by FS-FAST and Freesurfer.

Changes: The suite already offers a complete set of slice-based ROI tools, including ROI definition, computation, and combination. There is limited support for mapping of ROIs to the surface and vice versa.
