GerbMerge is a panelizing program for printed circuit boards. It allows you to combine Gerber (RS274-X) and Excellon files from multiple jobs into a single panel. Jobs may be replicated and rotated.

Changes: A new ScoringFile option was added to support the creation of a Gerber file containing scoring (i.e., V-groove) data in between individual jobs.


Changes: New features include handling of simple aperture macros, the ability to trim Gerber data to the board extents, configurable output of file names, handling Gerber files with more than 99 apertures, and panel margins. Are other small changes and a few bugfixes were made. Python 2.3 is now required.


Changes: This version added optional automatic placement of jobs on a panel using either randomized search or exhaustive search. A bug affecting jobs with drill files that had different names for the same drill size was fixed.


Changes: This release added support for the new Excellon format in Eagle 4.11r2. Preliminary support for PCB was added along with some minor additional configuration options.
