GLST

GLST is an SMTP grey listing implementation that uses GDBM to store triplets and associated metadata. It can parse XMail spool files to extract SMTP connection information without the caller having to specify them in the command line.

Changes: This release has switched to using a new GDBM port for Win32 (in the Win32 port). This fixes a problem that was present in the old GDBM for Win32, which caused 100% of CPU utilization when handling big databases (the locking in the old Win32 port was not handled correctly).
